Terms & Conditions

We always aim to create fantastic flowers to match flowers ordered. However sometimes availability can vary from season to season, therefore we reserve the right to substitute flowers with ones of same or greater value.
To guarantee same day delivery orders must be placed before 11am (Available Monday-Saturday). Any orders placed after 11am, to be delivered on Sundays or bank holidays will be delivered the next working day. Other dates we are unable to deliver are 24th, 25th, 26th, 27th, 28th, 29th, 30th, 31st December 2017 and 1st, 2nd January 2018. 
We require phone numbers and postcodes for all addresses. 
With regards to local delivery if a recipient is not at home when we attempt delivery we will always endeavour to find a safe place to leave the flowers. The recipient will be notified of their location by a card placed through the door.
 
In the event we are unable to find a recipients location due to an incorrect address given we will charge a second delivery charge if we have to make a second trip. We reserve the right to make this trip the next day if it is late in the day or a long distance trip. 
If you wish to cancel an order we will require 24 hours notice. Or 48 hours notice if you have requested specific items.

At Nancy Moon Flowers we always offer the highest standard of service and work with the freshest and highest quality flowers to ensure your flowers are in the best possible condition. It is with our regret that fresh produce can sometimes be affected by elements out of our control, however if this is ever the case we will always try our best to put it right. 
If you need to discuss your flower delivery with Nancy Moon please ensure you have followed all care instructions and keep your flowers and proof of payment for us to see. To receive a refund or exchange we must be notified within 24 hours of delivery.
